Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to send back your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
How to Return an Item:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at our contact page. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions for returning your product. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Artistry Clique and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Business days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
Cancellation Policy
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it ships.
- Before Shipment: Please contact us immediately via our contact page if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund with no additional charges.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to arrive and follow the return process described above.
Exchanges
Currently, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please reach out to us via our contact page and follow the instructions provided.
